Austentatious

Austentatious at Milton Keynes Theatre

Why see Austentatious?

Laugh And Laugh-ability

It is a truth universally acknowledged that when one's creative output captivates across the centuries, an improv show will capitalise on it. After becoming one of the biggest draws of the Edinburgh Fringe and upon the West End these past years, Austentatious is a joyful engagement filled with bonkers Regency revelry. Bridgerton who?

The premise is simple, our trusty actors pick a novel title from a hat as submitted by the audience and begin to tell the tale in Austen-like fashion! No two shows are ever the same but we can tell you everyone is hilarious as the roving cast become innocent ladies, dowdy mothers, blaggards and cads. Expect romantic romps, elopements, mistaken identities, letter writing, drawing room antics and of course it all ends with a joyful wedding.
